We’re in touch with community groups, landlords, health services, Age Concern, Job Centres - people keen to help.

Who’s it for?

You, if you’re an adult in East Lancashire and you need help.  Some of you will have specific needs – some occasional needs.  Whatever your needs, there’s a good chance we can help you.

Where?

Look for the Help Direct sign in your local area.  You’ll see it at libraries, local shops, community centres, village post offices – most places you need it to be - across Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley.

Access points are open 9am – 5pm on weekdays and 9am -1pm on Saturday.  There’s a Help Direct contact in each of the five districts across East Lancashire.

We’ll also ensure there’s wheelchair access and translations available when you need them.
